Mt. Prospect-area residents can learn the best way to steer clear of construction on Illinois Highway 83 during an informational meeting Monday night.
The Illinois Department of Transportation will widen, reconstruct and resurface Illinois 83 from Golf Road to Prospect Avenue from April 1 to November. The project will cost $5.7 million, $3.8 million of which will come from the federal government.
