In anatomy, there is no equally educational alternative to dissection. Dissection, the disassembly of body and tissue parts, teaches that all creatures are different and unique. One important lesson taught is how extensive this difference is in each animal. Unfortunately computer simulation and textbook anatomy will not teach this important lesson.
