Kudos to Phyllis A. Bush on her eloquent “Too many school experts” (Voice of the people, March 21).
I would change but one of her sentences: “Perhaps teachers need to teach students how to learn rather than to teach students how to take tests.”
I would add “and why they need to learn” before the word “rather.”
