Robert H. Costoff, 72, who along with his brothers owned and operated a number of Ace Hardware Stores, died Saturday, March 25, in Vencor Hospital in Milwaukee. He had lived in Richmond for 35 years. Survivors include a daughter, Julianne Froelich; a son, Paul; a brother, Theodore; two sisters, Ann Marie Scott and Carol Ann Flammini; and two grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Richmond Township Cemetery, 5800 Broadway St., Richmond.
