I’m responding to “Trying to help problem kids before they kill” (News, March 5). The idea of picking out the kids who may become dangerous in the future sounds good, but it’s impossible to predict if a killer is harboring inside your child. At such a young age, an outburst is a natural way to grab attention. It is false for anybody to tell by looking at the behavior of a child at a young age if it’s playful or a potentially criminal act.
