The 2000 Del Corazon Mexican Performing Arts Festival promises something for everyone — including children. Author Ana Castillo introduces her first children’s book 7 p.m. Tuesday at the festival.
The book, inspired by Aztec chants, traces the milestones of growing up. Admission to Castillo’s performance is $8 general, $6 student/senior, $4 members. The Del Corazon festival continues through May 31 at the Mexican Fine Arts Center Museum, 1852 W. 19th St. Admission prices vary to Del Corazon performances. 312-738-1503.
