Former Chicago Bears quarterback Erik Kramer puts his heart into another cause as the celebrity sponsor of the 5K Run/Walk for the Homeless to benefit the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless. The race begins at 8 a.m. Saturday on Cannon Drive, near the Lincoln Park Zoo’s east entrance. Registration costs $25. 773-868-3010.
