A sales model by Airhart Construction Co. has opened for sneak previews at Fox Run in west suburban Geneva.
The 4,200-square-foot Bradenton model won’t be furnished until the end of June. The two-story home includes a two-story foyer and family room with adjacent library with see-through fireplace. The home has formal living and dining rooms and an island kitchen with adjoining octagon-shaped garden room.
The second floor includes four bedrooms, including a master suite with private bath and 8-foot-by-23-foot walk-in closet. One of the secondary bedrooms has its own bath and the other two share a Jack-and-Jill bath.
The Bradenton also includes a standard full basement and attached three-car, side-loading garage. It is priced at $539,200 without lot. Average lots, which are a third-acre, are priced from $122,900 to $182,000.
Fox Run homes come in about a dozen semi-custom floor plans. They typically include at least four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, and at least 3,200 square feet.
The community also has two homes available for July occupancies. They include a two-story Essex, priced at $568,200 with four bedrooms, library and two-story family room. The second home is the Westover, priced at $645,000. It has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a first-floor library. Both homes include a three-car side-loading garage and full basement.
Sales are being conducted from both Fox Run and Airhart’s corporate office, located on Illinois Highway 38, just west of Illinois Highway 59 in West Chicago.

Base-priced from $154,900 to $169,900, the two- and three-bedroom units offer 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths. They range from 1,375 to 1,530 square feet and include two-car attached garages, full basements, brick and vinyl exteriors, central air conditioning and 9-foot first-floor ceilings.
Monthly assessments range from $97 to $112 and several homes are available for immediate occupancy.
Riverbrook West is located on North Aurora Road, just east of Illinois Highway 59.

– The Gammonley Group opened a decorated model at Glenstone, a five-story building of 37 condominiums in west suburban Glen Ellyn.
Condos range from 980 to 1,518 square feet and are base-priced from $191,420 to $258,625. The building exterior is solid masonry brick and limestone. Amenities include heated indoor parking, elevator service and security system.
The 1,365-square-foot “D” model offers two bedrooms, two baths, a U-shaped kitchen with pantry and breakfast area, a combined living/dining room, balcony and study. It is priced from $244,780.
