Summer fun doesn’t end at Howard Street on the north, Cicero Avenue on the west and the Little Calumet on the south — the suburbs are bursting with festivals galore.

Last week, we covered the waterfront, listing all the city festivals from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This week, it’s the suburbs’ turn. So if you don’t feel like driving downtown on a particular weekend, don’t worry. You’re sure to find some good food and good entertainment in a town near you:

39TH ANNUAL ROSELLE LIONS ROSE FESTIVAL: More than 50 rides and attractions, a beer garden, music and food vendors.
