A 20-year-old Batavia man was arrested recently after being stopped near Gary Mill Road and Orchard Avenue, near West Chicago, police said. Matthew Hackman of the 800 block of River Road was charged with possession of a heroin, possession of a hypodermic needle, driving with a revoked license and driving with improper lighting, police said.
