A Lindenhurst man was arrested early Saturday after he allegedly kicked the taillights out of three cars parked in the 1800 block of Cedar Lake Road, reports said. Richard B. Weber, 23, of the 2300 block of Federal Parkway, was charged with three counts of criminal damage to property.
