Concord Homes is offering incentives on its inventory homes at Concord at Cornerstone Lakes, a community of 194 single-family homes in West Chicago.
The incentives of $15,000 to $25,000 are offered as pre-selected options and upgrades. Delivery dates are projected from June through November 2000.
The homes include three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, basements, attached two- or three-car garages, priced from $280,990 to $328,490.
Standard amenities include nine-foot, first-floor ceilings, air conditioning, kitchen islands, master bedroom suites with volume ceilings, fully-sodded lots and brick- or stone-accented exteriors.
The inventory homes are priced from $286,990 to over $400,000.
The sales center is located at 2790 Foxfield Drive. From North Avenue, go north on Smith Road to the entrance of Cornerstone Lakes on Camden Drive. Take Camden to Lehman Drive, turn left on Lehman, and follow to Foxfield Drive. Go left to the sales office.

– Landmark Homes has added 31 homesites at Providence Oaks in Gurnee, a community of 98 homes on about 50 acres.
Thirteen of the new lots are wooded and each site is a quarter of an acre.
Priced from about $270,000, the homes include three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and attached two-car garages. Standard amenities include cedar siding, cedar shake roofs, full basements, central air conditioning, masonry fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs with jets, and six-panel doors.

– Carroll Homes has a spec home available immediately at Adlers Glen, a 12-lot development in Lake Forest.
