We should compliment Skip Bayless on his courage and honesty to print the truth about Tiger Woods (Tribune, June 18). This golfer in many ways is a disgrace to a wonderful sport. The press and television continue to cover for his “off-camera” behavior.
His foul language at Pebble Beach is a good example of how this person reacts if everything does not go 100 percent his way.
He showed his real character when he failed to show for the Payne Stewart tribute that the PGA put on at Pebble Beach–hardly the act of a gentleman. He will never come close to being Michael Jordan.
