Christopher D. Gurke, 28, of Algonquin, died Friday, June 23, of a severe asthma attack in Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Mr. Gurke was a computer technician. Survivors include his parents, Dale and Mary Ellen; a brother, Daniel; and a sister, Alyssa. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
