Wendy Michelle Gerlitz and Ryan Scott Temple were married May 27 at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago. She is the daughter of Frank Gerlitz of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Jill Fleishman of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Chicago. He is the son of Phillip Temple of Santa Fe, N.M., and Dana Temple of Chicago.
The bride received a degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is a program coordinator with the National Network of Forest Practitioners in Santa Fe.
The groom received a degree from the University of North Carolina and is director of community forestry at the Forest Trust in Santa Fe.
The couple will reside in Santa Fe.
