Hats off to Leonard Pitts for “Mob violence seems to be the rule today” (Commentary, June 27). Finally someone is saying what law-abiding, educated people want to say–knock it off! For too long we have allowed punks and bullies to scare us. Groups of cowards like in Central Park have caused us as a society to be fearful. The time needs to come where we stop looking the other way when it comes to violence.
