Helen E. Binder, 93, of Chemung died Monday, July 10, in Harvard Care Center. She was a sales clerk for Montgomery Ward & Co. for 27 years. She enjoyed bowling and golf. Survivors include two sons, Norman and Alan, and two grandchildren. Services were Wednesday.
