The Greater St. Charles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown St. Charles Partnership will sponsor “Your Window of Opportunity–What Do Your Customers See First?” presented by Meg Busch Purnsley from 8 to 9:45 a.m. Aug. 9 in the Pottowatomie Community Center, 8 North Ave., St. Charles.
