I realize that in the infinite scheme of things, this is fairly minor. However, would you please replace the Boondocks cartoon with something else?
I know in some circles it is considered politically correct to have a black cartoon strip, but if you read the strip you come away with an extremely negative stereotype of the characters. In a recent edition, we got to enjoy watching a white man meet a young black man.
Of course, the white man is assuming the young black man is going to mug him. We already have enough black vs. white problems–do you really need to keep adding more?
Please consider replacing the Boondocks with something more positive and less of a gothic Uncle Tom.
