Diane “Polly” Watts, of Chicago, died Aug. 17, 2000 following a heart attack. She is survived by longtime companion, David Ellis of Chicago; daughter, Theresa Watts of Indianapolis, IN; six sisters; six brothers; two aunts; one uncle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
