Carell Hutchinson Jr., M.D. on Thursday August 17, 2000. He is survived by five children. Sons C. Toussaint Hutchinson III, C. Toure Hutchinson, Jonathan Hutchinson, 2 daughters C. Tinu Pagtakhan and C. Tayo Bartley; step children; a brother, aunt, numerous relatives and his wife Gayle. Memorial services were held in Chicago.
