How sad that Kathleen Parker must resort to ad hominem attacks on Al Gore to try and discredit him (“Try as he might, Gore can’t fake charisma,” Commentary, Aug. 30). Perhaps that’s a sign that she fears Bush will not be able to ride his “charm” to the White House.
