Two former senior managers at electronic switch-maker OakGrigsby Inc. of Sugar Grove, Ill., were charged Wednesday with falsifying company financial records between 1995 and 1997. The Securities and Exchange Commission filed the complaint against James Horne of Lake Bluff and Matthew Welch of Naperville who had been president and controller, respectively, of the company, a division of Oak Industries Inc. of Waltham, Mass. Oak Industries has since been acquired by Corning Inc. The defendants’ attorney, James Moylan, declined to comment, saying he had not seen the complaint.
