When a cast of characters includes 13 people accompanied by several dozen ducks and two bears, there’s a good chance you’re in for some performance art. “Drove Road” is artist Joan Dickinson’s latest work, a site-specific meditation on nature and landscape inspired by British photographer and antiquarian Alfred Watkins. The piece takes place at 4 p.m. Sunday near Dickinson’s farm outside Woodstock. Those interested in attending must meet at Gallery 312 at 312 N. May St., Chicago, to either board a shuttle bus or pick up a map to drive themselves to the site. $10 (reservations required). 815-568-1049.
