George Booth Dunbar, 84, 50 year resident of Evanston, born Feb. 2, 1916, in Wilmette, died Monday, Sept. 25th in Evanston, brother of Mary D. King, of Wilmette, IL; uncle of Cynthia Hessimer of Lake Forest, IL, Bruce Bridegroom of Tucson, AZ and William Caples IV of Seattle, WA. He was a graduate of Princeton University, Class of 1938. He had a lifelong interest local and national politics and cultural events. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, 1:30 p.m. at Wm. H. Scott Funeral Home, 1100 Greenleaf Ave., Wilmette.
