Albert Francis “Al” Bargo, 64, of Sebastian, FL, died September 29, 2000 at Mariner Health Care of Melbourne, Melbourne, FL, after a prolonged illness. He was born April 8, 1936 in Harvey, IL, and moved to Sebastian four years ago, from Satellite Beach, FL. Mr. Bargo was an Electrical Engineer and worked for AJT & Associates, Cape Canaveral, FL. He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian, FL. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Barbara Bargo of Sebastian, FL; daughters, Cinthia L. Bargo of Orlando, FL, Deanna Bargo Allan of Grant, FL, Kathleen Marie Hart of Satellite Beach, FL; son, Andrew C. Bargo of Satellite Beach, FL; brothers, Alexander Bargo of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael Bargo Sr. of Chicago, IL, Raymond Bargo of Iola, Wisconsin, Richard Bargo of Prescott, Arizona, Joseph Bargo of Cairo, IL; sisters, Bernadine Brown of Tinley Park, IL, Genevieve Rak of Sebastian, FL, Christine Foszcz of Fox Lake, IL, Patricia Held of Melbourne Beach, FL, Helen Mattes of Merritt Island, FL; and four grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian, FL. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Wednesday at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in memory of Mr. Bargo.
