McConnell, former DuPage County Veteran’s Affairs Officer; devoted grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of six; dear sister of Mary Jane Oyler, Grace Byars, Helen Wilson, Robert MacDonald and George MacDonald; preceded in death by brother Charles MacDonald and Myra Tolell. Memorial service to be held October 4, 2000 at11 a.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church, 150 W. Maple St., Lombard, IL 60148. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Calvary Church Discretionary Fund.
