IHC Builders recently broke ground on a two-tenant office and warehouse facility at 1745 Wallace Drive, St. Charles. Blue Wave Products, a nationwide distributor of wholesale pool and spa chemicals currently based in West Chicago, will occupy 27,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in the new structure. An additional 30,000 square feet of office-to-suit will be available for lease. A December completion date is anticipated.
