I believe the pro-vendor people are missing the point on why people have complaints with pushcarts. I’m all for someone making a living and have no problems with the health aspects. After all, we all have a choice to purchase their products or not. It’s the noise. On some days you can hear their horns every 10 minutes, and you start to hear them coming from up to two blocks away. If you live in an area saturated with vendors (as I do), this can be very annoying. Try to give your kid a nap, watch TV or keep the neighborhood dogs from barking. I’ve had to put up with this from as early as 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 at night. If anything needs to be done, it’s changing the way they attract customers.
