Beavers, nee Schwenn, age 60, of Hanover Park, IL, born March 15, 1940 in Chicago, died Oct. 3, 2000 in Hanover Park, wife of Max; mother of Jennifer and Heather; daughter of the late Clarence and the late Marie Schwenn; sister of Georgeann Clark and Arlene Gilbert; daughter of Viola and the late Charles Beavers; aunt of Douglas Beavers, Julie Womble, Sandi Masi, Jim Moore and many great-nieces and nephews. Former employee of Washington National Insurance and Trustmark. Former President of NSOG. Active in the Girl Scouts as a leader and trainer. Former instructor of quilting for District 211. Married on June 8, 1963. Visitation Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, 4 to 9 p.m. at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, and Friday, Oct. 6, 2000, from 10 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at Willow Creek Community Church, 67 E. Algonquin Rd., S. Barrington. Burial private.
