Margaret Pearson, nee Van Soest, 92, of Schererville, IN, formerly of Lansing, Riverdale and Roseland, IL, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000 at Munster Community Hospital, beloved wife of the late Clarence O.; loving mother of the late Ronald P. (Marie), David O. (Geraldine) of Lawrence, MI, Clarence O. (Arlene) of Hickory Hills, IL and Elizabeth A. (Daniel) Paulsen of Schererville, IN; loving grandmother of six, James, Susan, Steven, Kimberly, Todd and Christopher; loving greatgrandmother of seven, James, Thomas, Michael, Megan, Emily, Kiana and Ryan; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service and visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 6, 2000 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 8415 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN. Family and friends may meet together prior to Funeral Service at 11 a.m., officiated by Pastor David A. Seyller. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery, 115th and Fairfield Ave., Chicago, IL. Margaret will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Margaret was a saintly woman, always concerned with the welfare of others, rather than herself.
