An expert on speed reading will teach students a few shortcuts to better grades Tuesday afternoon in Elgin.
Gary Tuerack, a trainer on speed reading and “mental power development,” will deliver his free lecture “Better Grades in Less Time: Faster Reading with Increased Comprehension.” The speech will focus on ways to break bad reading habits and overcome learning obstacles.
