Hilder, 77, of Chicago, WWII veteran who was a gunner with the 20th Armored Division when they liberated Dachau, beloved husband for 48 years of Faye Belle; loving father of Philip Harlan (Maura), Allen Edward (Karen), and Jonathan Leslie; adoring grandfather of Miles, Jade, Gavin, and Jordan; devoted brother of Lorraine (Hyman) London and Jack (Beverly).
