Thomas Frederick Slick, 58, an employee of Computer Associates in Lisle until his retirement in 1998, died Friday, Oct. 6, of cancer in his home in Naperville. A native of Rockford, Mr. Slick had been a deacon at Knox Presbyterian Church in Naperville. He was an amateur pilot and a captain in the Civil Air Patrol in Naperville. Mr. Slick is survived by his wife, Marilee; four sons, Scott, Steven, Samuel and Shawn; a sister, Virgene Anderson; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 117 W. Van Buren St., Naperville, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in Knox Presbyterian Church, 1105 Catalpa Lane. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church.
