Bernice E. Bohaty, 82, of Algonquin died Friday, Oct. 6, in Crystal Pines Health Care Center in Crystal Lake. She had worked for Wieboldt’s in Carpentersville for 25 years. Survivors include a son, Robert; a daughter, Nancy Eaves; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Sunday until a memorial service at 2 p.m. in Querhammer and Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
