U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam and Desert Storm, of Carol Stream, IL, died Oct. 8, 2000 of leukemia, survived by wife, Sandra; son, Randall of Rochester, MN; granddaughter, Catherine; two brothers, his twin, Larry and brother, Holly, both of Indianapolis, IN; and half brother, Jay Campbell of Indianapolis.
