I realize that cellular phones are great for emergencies, but when it comes to driving and talking at the same time, I am against it. While some people are talking on their cell phones while driving, their cars sway side to side or go very slowly.
The chance of being involved in an accident is increased due to this.
I believe this is so because drivers can get too absorbed in the conversation.
My suggestion is that cellular phones should only be used for emergencies and not for long conversations.
I don’t think this solution will stop the accidents caused by cell phones completely, but it would bring down the percentage of car collisions.
