Volvo President Hans-Olov Olsson disclosed the plans last month at the Paris Car Show, but declined to offer a launch date. – Ford will add a Street Edition Focus to its lineup in December aimed at the Echo Boom generation. The Street Edition features black rocker panels, bodyside moldings and lower rear fascia as well as 6-disc in-dash CD changer, sport bucket seats, 16-inch six-spoke machined aluminum wheels, chrome exhaust tip, sports suspension, silver interior accents and a choice of three exterior colors–Infra-red, Egg Yolk yellow and Malibu blue. Only 7,500 will be built, 85 percent of them sedans, the rest wagons. Base price: $15,750 for the sedan, $17,745 for the wagon. The Street Edition is the third “statement car” in the Focus lineup. The Sony Focus and Kona Mountain Bike Focus were the first two.
