Edward L. “Buddy” Klatzco, of Chicago, IL and KeyBiscayne, FL, passed away Saturday, Oct. 14th at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Edward served in the Korean War, stationed in Sasabo, Japan. Loving son of the late Capt. Louis, C.P.D. (late Rose) Klatzco; dear brother of Richard D. Sr., Retired Chief of Police of Northfield and his wife Dorothy; dear uncle of Richard D. Jr. (Cassandra) Klatzco, Craig Louis (Lucyna) Klatzco; loving great-uncle of Richard D. III, Ian Edward, Eric S. and Breelyn Rose Klatzco. Edward “Buddy” was Founder and Owner of the Hollywood Kiddieland and Hollywood Miniature Golf and Co-Owner of the Novelty Golf and Games in Lincolnwood, IL. Edward was a strong supporter of the Lincolnwood Library, Little League Baseball and the Chamber of Commerce of Lincolnwood, IL and a member of the Chicago Northshore Elks Lodge #1316. Funeral Services Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. from the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. to St. Mary of the Woods Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemtery.
