Richard James Avalos, age 31, passed away Friday, October 13, 2000, beloved son of James (Natividad nee Caberllo) Avalos; loving brother of Linda (Jerome) Koch and Shirley (Robert) Burkart; fond uncle of Carrie and Amy Kotch and Michael Burkart. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Sheldon-Goglin Funeral Home, 5935 West Belmont Avenue, Chicago with Rev. George A. Rice, Pastor officiating. Entombment at Mt.
