Nelson Forrest, age 85, of North Barrington, IL, born on March 25, 1915 in Highland Park, IL, died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2000 at Good Shepherd Hospital, Cuba Township, husband of the late Marguerite; father of William Forrest and Pamelo Otto; grandfather of Christopher and Rebekah Forrest and Steve and Christine Otto; great-grandfather of one. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Salvation Army, 5040 N. Pulaski, Chicago, IL 60630. Memorial Service 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2000 at St. Michael Episcopal Church, 647 Dundee Ave., Barrington, IL. Interment private.
