I can’t believe it’s the year 2000 and yet we still have a newspaper that will print a story like your “Injun Summer” (Magazine, Oct. 8). What an insulting piece of work. There are many Native Americans in this country who have lost family and had their rights violated time and time again, and this story is like a slap in the face. Why don’t you have your fun with another race of people? Or are you afraid the NAACP will come after you?
