Richard Mathias Blutt, 61, of Leesburg, Florida, died on Tuesday, October 17, 2000 at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Mr. Blutt, the son of Mathias and Catherine Rambar Blutt, was born on June 18, 1939 in Sioux City, Iowa. He was an Electrical Engineer with Commonwealth Edison for 29 years upon his retirement, and he was a member of the Lake County Archers. Mr. Blutt was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his wife, Judith Komorowski Blutt; mother, Catherine Rambar Blutt; children, Dr. Sarah Elizabeth Blutt and husband, Chris Magnus, Ruth Catherine Franccyk and husband, Mitchell, and Paul Mathias Blutt; and his sisters, Constance Blutt and Meretta Seago. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 20, 2000 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway, Houston, Texas, with The Rev. Msgr. James A.
