Health officials are trying to locate children treated at a Sullivan medical practice to they can give them immunization shots they may not have received from a former nurse there.
Deborah Sue Kean, 48, of Linton, is accused of faking injections to an estimated 1,000 patients, many of them children, while she worked at Sullivan Family Practice. She was fired in August after other workers found evidence that Kean had not been giving immunization shots.
