William J. Hogan, served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Epping Forrest, born Sept. 26, 1936, passed away Oct. 18, 2000, survived by wife, June Serpe Younghaus Hogan; five daughters; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Marjorie O’Conner of Chicago; one brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Roberta Hogan of Chicago. Employed at Jewel Foods for 38 years. Member of A.L. Post #624, Hurricane Deck Lions Club and Elks Lodge #2705. 9:30 a.m. Mass Saturday, Oct. 28 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 14327 Highland, Orland Park, IL. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 6001 111th St., Alsip. A memorial has been established for Friendship House of Jefferson City, MO. Arrangements by Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, MO.
