Ann M. Otto, nee Dillenburg, of Apex, NC, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2000. A memorial service was held in Cary, NC on Oct. 7. Ann is survived by her husband, Bill; children Amy and Steven; parents Bill and Eleanor Dillenburg of Mundelein, IL; brother Bill Dillenburg of Antioch, IL; and sister Terri (Dave) Endres of Plymouth, WI. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 11 a.m. at Santa Maria del Popolo Chapel, 116 N. Lake St., Mundelein. Memorial contributions may be made to UNC Lienberger Cancer Center, Campus Box 7295, 101 Manning Dr., Chapel Hill, NC 27599-7295 in memory of Ann Otto for breast cancer research, or to Hospice of Wake County, 1300 Saint Mary’s Street, Raleigh, NC 27605.
