Survived by his parents David A. and Nancy J., nee Nufer Patush; sister Jennifer Patush; maternal grandparents William and Dorothy Nufer; paternal grandmother Dorothy Patush; also several aunts, uncles and cousins; preceded in death by paternal grandfather Rudolph Patush.
