Ruby Lee Robertson was born July 4, 1923 in Demoplis, AL. She departed this life at 3:15 a.m., Oct. 20, 2000. At age 77 Ruby Lee leaves to mourn seven sons, Joseph (Ethel) of Chicago, Chester (Joyce) of Hazelcrest, IL, George, John (Johnnie Pearl) of Chicago, Jackie (Charmaine), Kelvin and Floyd of Minnesota; six daughters, Essie Scott (Ben) of Tacoma, WA, Ruby Wilson, Patricia Johnson (Stanley) of Atlanta, GA, Victoria Jacox of Minnesota, Rosalyn (George) of Chicago and Helen Gaines (Otis) of Maywood, IL; seven brothers and one sister; one sister-in-law; 36 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.
