Seasons, Four Seasons Hotel

120 E. Delaware Pl.

Japanese school kids never had a bento box lunch like this: four compartments of delicacies meant for adults. Look for soft rice paper spring rolls filled with smoked salmon and a sprinkling of plum vinegar; marinated grilled chicken on a salad of papaya and avocado; grilled shrimp with sesame oil and pickled cucumbers; and seared tuna on a shiitake mushroom salad with beet essence. Light and luxurious at the same time, the box is served at lunch only.

It’s $20.
