Karl Hood, age 53, of Fairburn, GA, passed away Oct. 22, 2000, survived by wife, Deirdre A. Hood; children, Tom, Paul and Eric Hood of Chicago; sisters and brothers, Doris Weaver, Edwina, Kathy, Deborah, Billy, Gregory, Kevin and Edward Hood of Chicago; many grandchildren, family and friends. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, Oct. 26, 2000, 7 p.m. at SGI-USA Atlanta Community Center, 5831 Riverdale Rd., Riverdale, GA, 770-996-5178.
